Watch Repairs & Service

We fully cover warranty watch repairs and replacements, but if something else has befallen your watch (broken crystal, water ingress from exceeding WR rating, battery replacement, etc.), we'll fix that too.

This covers insured shipping to and from our workshop. After purchase, we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label, then we'll fix the watch and return it to you.

Once we have the watch in-house, typical repair time is two weeks.
