We fully cover warranty watch repairs and replacements, but if something else has befallen your watch (Cat knocked it onto some tile breaking the crystal? Battery finally died after a long campaign with full backlight), we'll fix that too.

This covers insured shipping to and from our workshop. After purchase, we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label, then we'll fix the watch and return it to you.

Once we have the watch in-house, typical repair time is two weeks.
