I did not receive the correct item. After messaging the company I received an email on May 4th from Devin that the correct item would be shipped but the item never arrived. Since that email they have stopped responding to me. This was my first purchase from this company and I was really excited to give the watch as a present. It’s really late now and I would really just like my stainless steel watch please.
Hi Linda, I'm sorry for the delay. We marked the replacement for fulfillment, but an error in the queue meant the label never got printed. You should have just gotten a shipping confirmation from us, and the steel watch should arrive next week. Please feel free to keep the black watch, on us, in the meantime.
The timestop continues to be my daily driver! Such a useful watch for impromptu gaming sessions, and the orange edition really pops.
Watch is cool, but the strap ruined the whole aesthetic. I want my band to be one solid color, not orange until it folds over when it becomes black. Terrible design for the strap.
It's a fantastic watch. A bit expensive for how little it does but you won't find anything else like it. In addition to the watch, the band looks very cool but I'm not sure it'll last long with every day use. Luckily it seems compatible with the casio bands.
I have small wrists so I wasn't sure how it would look, but it's the perfect size.
Shipping was very reasonably priced (Canadian) and it got here very quick. If you're Canadian you'll have to pay for duties and taxes so account for that in your purchase.
I love this thing so much. It's easy to use, has a classic look, and is a phenomenal conversation starter for two of my favorite hobbies.
Ordered the black resin version and absolutely love it. I’m a woman and the size of the watch is perfect. It isn’t big and clunky, like most digital watches tend to be. Love the dice rolling mechanic. I’m an avid DnD player and so are my friends. I love randomly saying “hold on, lemme roll the dice” and seeing what the fates decide for our adventures. It’s cheesy, it’s fun, and it’s a damn good watch on its own. Very easy to set up, the buttons have a great feel and are very responsive, and the light is awesome. Love the orange color and how it illuminates from both sides of the face. I also like that I can change the battery on my own when it dies. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a simple digital watch with a fun gimmick.
It's everything I wanted. It's obviously made by someone who knows what a good watch feels and looks like. Stellar piece of technology!
The core freature is super cool, but the watch design could be better. I find myself missing the lack of a stopwatch, but my bigger issue is the clasp design. The hook on the end of the strap is simply not deep enough to resist slipping out of the woven loop during vigorous motion or while in contact with heavy clothing cuffs.
Feels nice having a digital watch on my wrist again and this one is fun!
This is a great watch if you don't want a generic digital Casio. The added feature of the "dice roll" is fun.
The construction is great and the customer service I've received thus far is fantastic. The stainless steel has good weight to it and feels great on the wrist. I'm almost considering getting one of the resin watches as well just because of how much I like this version.
High quality device, and I love the band! The orange backlight is charming, and the dice rolls work as-advertised. Recommended if you're into retro looking watches or games that need dice. Or both!
I am a life long nerd. My wife got me this watch for christmas and I love it. The band was a little uncomfortable but after switching it out for another band (using regular 20mm watch bands) this became my daily watch. No smart features, no alarms. Just a watch that tells you the time with a feature that lets you roll d4-d20 and d100s
This watch is great at two things; Rolling dice and telling time. Versatile enough to keep the dice rolls interesting and sleek enough to look good for a night out. Wish there were other band options, but i swapped mine out with a leather one.
I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my brother, who's a more avid DnD player than myself, and I wanted to get him something a bit nicer so I anted up to the stainless version. I have to say, I, personally, was not that impressed with the watch that arrived. For the price, I think it's rather small and felt toyish, as did the strap. I know this is not a lot to pay for some watches, but the most extravagant thing going on with this one is a custom LCD display. Fortunately, my brother loved it as a gift, loves the concept, and the watch suits his wrist better than mine. I was a little worried after what I spent on it, but his reaction made it worth it. Call this review an average between his and mine, I guess.
Watch face installed upside down. I like the watch, it works as advertised. Took a long time to arrive (three weeks) and then it's not put together correctly. Disappointing. Will happily change this review if the issue is fixed.
If the product had arrived, I might even say it's all good. But it hasn't been picked up by the courier yet, and I'm getting no response from the Timestop team.
Thanks for following up - this was dropped off at UPS before the holiday and should have updated tracking info (but doesn't). We'll send a replacement while we look into what happened.
Great, unique watch. Readability, backlight, size, and you can roll dice. Even if this didn't have the dice functionality, it would still be a great digital watch.
I would like to see a good FKM rubber strap or matching bracelet, though.
As both a watch nerd and a D&D nerd, this is great. A quartz perpetual calendar, case shape reminiscent of the legendary Casio F-91W and some of the 80s and 90s Timex quartzes. Better still, it uses a standard 20mm lug width, which none of those did. I threw it on a black leather strap I had laying around, and it looks fantastic.
I got it for D20 rolling mainly, but after failing a bunch of Intelligence saves (I really need to stop dumping INT), I've switched to using it for multiple dice rolls--3d8 for Spiritual Guardians, 8d6 for Fireball, that kind of thing. It actually speeds up combat quite a bit not having to sit there adding up dice multiple times per round with concentration AOE spells.
Such a cool little gadget for ttrpg and watch collectors alike!
I love it when two hobbies come together. As a watch enthusiast and ttrpg’er, this watch is a ton of fun! Only regret might be not getting one of the other colors. There’s always Christmas 🤠
I’ve owned the watch now for months and I wanted to come back and say it’s top notch. This thing keeps time and looks as good as a Casio. Fully functional, removable lugs, makes for some fun looks on the orange model. I use the RNG to make Game Theory Optimal Decisions at the poker table. Due to its mathematical nature, the watch can be used to help you make decisions, whatever they may be…Timestop as a brand, can go a long way. Thank you.
I am very happy with the repair and the product in general!
